A good idea is to write the minders mobile number on the child’s hand, in case they get separated in the crowds. Lost belongings may be found at the HQ office or the Police Station. Please watch the website and Facebook on the days after the show as we will list any found and unclaimed items. Many mobile phones turn up with no ID and some are locked and we are unable to trace owner please put some specific mark on your mobile so we can ensure it goes back to its rightful owner.

Everyone should take care and help to ensure that we have a safe and accident free visit to the Show. St John Ambulance on site, or contact any steward displaying a badge and they will assist you at any time. South West Acute Hospital is located 2.5 miles away form site.

The terrain may be uneven, thus requiring caution with movement.
