Home Industries: Exhibits to be staged Monday evening 7 - 9pm or Tuesday morning before 11am, all vehicles must be moved off site asap to allow Traders to set up outdoor stands.

Goats must arrive via Front Gate 12 noon to 2pm Tuesday 6th August, single car & trailer space per exhibitor will be reserved in park adjacent. Steward will assist with parking.

Trade Exhibitors:Outdoor Stands - Set up of Machinery stands from Monday 5th August 10am to Tuesday 6th August 1pm. All heavy items must be in place on Monday evening if possible, stands around Foodhall Marquee cannot be erected until after 6.30pm Monday.
Trade Exhibitors: Indoor Stands Set up Monday 5th August 11am onwards until Tuesday 6th August 1pm, busy Tuesday morning with Home Industry Exhibits arriving. Come Monday if possible to save queues.

BABY CHANGING FACILITIES:
Baby Changing Facilities will be available in Main Mart Building near Main Entrance.
ATM facilities will be available on Old Tempo Rd at Ashdale Vivo Store beside Tap House Restaurant on show day.
CATERING ON SITE: Ringside Restaurant in Main Mart Buildings will cater on both days breakfast starts at 8am They also provide food for Livestock Stewards and Judges on Wednesday in Showgrounds.
Wayne McCall Glaze & Roll Catering will provide a wide range of quality food at three outdoor sites in yard some seating provided, Heather's Cottage Bakery will provide tea and coffee and delights in sit down area of Food Pavilion, there will be a wide range of food also available on food stands in the Food Pavilion.Geraldine of Purple Heather Coffee Box will provide specialty coffee in the man Yard.
Are on sale at admission Booths on Gate 1 and Gate 2 and inside main Mart Entrance. Also in PA Unit on the Showground’s on Wednesday.
Demand is always brisk for the Catalogues, so we would advise you to purchase early.

CAR PARKING: FREE Car Parking for 4,000 cars in nearby Lackaghboy Industrial Estate, in free car parks in Enniskillen at British Legion & Museum Car Parks and on verge of Main Tempo Rd, from which a FREE Park & Ride operates straight to show. The continuous service will drop you off in centre of showgrounds at Gate 2.
Air Ambulance and NI Children's Hospice are the charities we are facilitating this year; The stand will be located outdoors across form the Food Pavilion where the Charolais Heifer donated by the Short Family Beragh will be on display for both days. Please support these worthy causes.
Other charities are allowed to collect but only on their stands not around main show.
INFORMATION HOW TO FIND YOUR WAY AROUND:
We realise that there is a lot to see and do at the show so to help you we have produced a FREE HANDY LEAFLET with including timetables and maps. These are available at the main gates on admission, the Show Catalogue provides extensive information on all exhibits entered judges stewards and sponsors listings. This year we are upgrading our internal signage so navigating the site will be a ‘doddle’.
Judging will commence in ( TBC)
We would encourage everyone to have an agreed meeting point in place, in case children get separated from their minders. A good idea is to write the minders mobile number on the child’s hand, in case they get separated in the crowds. When all else fails, we will have the details announced from the Secretary’s Office at the H.Q. or at PA Station in the showgrounds, The St Johns Ambulance Service and PSNI will also assist lost children.
LOST AND FOUND:
Lost belongings may be found at the HQ office or the Garda Office. Please watch the website and Facebook on the days after the show as we will list any found and unclaimed items.Many mobile phones turn up with no ID and some are locked and we are unable to trace owner please put some specific mark on your mobile so we can ensure it goes back to its righful owner.
Everyone should take care and help to ensure that we have a safe and accident free visit to the Show. St John Ambulance on site, or contact any steward displaying a badge and they will assist you at any time. South West Acute Hospital is located 2.5 miles away form site.
Please keep in mind that there are a lot of animals on the move around the Show – being a Main Livestock Show.
The terrain may be uneven, thus requiring caution with movement.
Emergency services will be provided at a few locations and near the HQ.
If needing attention, contact should be made with any of the Safety Officers and or Stewards, who will in turn contact the emergency services.

Please be careful with your mobile phone, as there are usually a number of phones lost at the Show.
A continuous FREE Shuttle Bus service will operate from 3.30pm, Tuesday every 30mins or less from Wellington Rd Car Park at side of Ulster Bus Depot across from Iceland, and from 9.30am Wednesday also along main Tempo Rd and Lackaboy Industrial Park where cars can be parked for free. ( Museum Car Park and British Legion Car Park are free in Enniskillen)
The regularity of them is dependent on the traffic flow.
The return journey is available from the drop off spot at Gate 2 turntable, with each returning bus.
While the majority of the classes and competitions must be pre-entered, spectators and visitors to the show will have many opportunities to avail of various competitions on the day.

In the interest of planning, evaluation and development we may be conducting a survey at the show this year. We would very much appreciate your co-operation on this matter.
Showground’s are open on Tuesday 4-10 and Wednesday 10-4.
No ticket selling is allowed on the showground’s or in the car parks on show day. Those who wish to sell tickets can do so on their own trade stands. Ticket selling is only permitted for the chosen charity, which this year is Air Ambulance and NI Children's Hospice in the Cattle Lawns at mid day. At all other times the tickets can be bought on stand where Charolais Heifer is located.
Toilets are located at several points on the Showground’s – to side of Food Pavilion along main building, at the back of Poultry Section, beside Sheep and Dog Paddock and in Main Showgrounds and in Main Mart Building inside front doors. . Wheelchair accessible toilets will be located in Main Building inside front Doors.
ARRIVE EARLY While we are delighted to see you at any time, we would encourage you to come early and allow yourself plenty of time to see and enjoy all the activities of our vast programme of events.
There will certainly be something for everyone.

DIRECTIONS & TRAFFIC PLANS:
Fermanagh County Show takes place on the First Tuesday and Wednesday of August every year. The site is situated on Old Tempo Rd close to Enniskillen town and the Cherrymount Link Rd. On the Society's Showgrounds and in the grounds of the Ulster Farmers Mart kindly granted for the event, Relatively level access on a mainly hardcore site with a sand based showgrounds for showing cattle. 84 trade stands in main building a Marquee as the Food Pavilion and outdoor traders accommodated in the mart yard.
We have worked closely with the PSNI to make sure that we will have a free-flowing oneway traffic system in place. The traffic plan will be available on the website later.
All routes will be well sign posted and we would ask motorists to follow the routes indicated.
Only Exhibitors, Judges, stewards and people with special passes will be allowed access on to the Showground’s. All vehicle windscreen car passes short and long stay should be clearly displayed, so as to avoid delay in the traffic flow.
